Sitting in a corner,
On a sofa,
Under a blanket,
By a fire,
Immersed in another world.

Next to a loved one –
a shared experience,
In a bed alone –
an escape,
On a park bench –
a break,
Transporting, inviting, uniting.

A child breaking the rules under the covers:
Half a world away
Another does the same,
Inspired by thought, possibility, emotion.
