Sixth Form Registration

Registrations for Sixth Form places in September 2025 are now open.  To apply, simply complete the form below.  If you would like to enquire about a late entry to Year 12 in September 2024, please contact Admissions at admissions@swps.org.uk

Registration Fees

A registration fee of £100 should be paid at the time of submitting the registration form. Our preferred method is through our secure online payment system but the alternative method is by cheque made out to: 'Sir William Perkins's School.'

Please note the registration fee is non-refundable.
