Budding Year 7 electrical engineers, Zoe, Evie and Chloe have been researching into electric vehicles and succeeded in designing and building an electric Santa Sleigh. Instead of being powered by Rudolph and friends, the sleigh is driven by two AA batteries connected to a small DC motor which spins a fan at the back to push the sleigh along. Top speed of the SWPS Electric Santa Sleigh is not quite as fast as a Tesla and it would take 4 years to travel the circumference of the Earth.
