Championing the individual

We champion each and every child, unlocking their unique potential to thrive as students and as people.

Welcome to SWPS

“A community where students discover their passions, exceed expectations and become the best versions of themselves.”

At Sir William Perkins’s School, students are at our heart. We expect the best from them, and in return they can expect the best from us. We provide teaching of the highest quality, where each individual is stretched and challenged and given tailored support and attention.

With access to a diverse co-curricular programme, students are accomplished all-rounders with university statements studded with personal achievements and successes. Our students leave us in Year 13 with determination and clearly defined ambition, ready to make their mark on the world.

As we celebrate our 300th anniversary, we are delighted that from 2026, in a phased approach, boys will also be able to benefit from the educational and pastoral excellence we offer.
