Welcome to SWPS
About us
Sir William Perkins’s School is an independent day school for girls aged 11-18 situated on 13 acres of greenbelt land in Surrey.
Here we challenge each student to explore their potential through academic aspiration and active participation. And we teach our students to expect great things of themselves, because we know they are capable of great things.

Curriculum
Our curriculum develops students’ sense of curiosity and encourages them to independently seek out information to complement their studies and academic interests.
Co-Curricular
At SWPS education is about more than grades and exam results, we strive to produce well-rounded students equipped with skills that enable them to leave their mark on their communities and the wider world around them.
Wellbeing
We strive to support all students' mental, physical and emotional wellbeing while in our care, through the use of a strong pastoral structure, counselling resources, Wellbeing Room and a 'Wellbeing Week' at least once a term!
Joining SWPS
"I love being at SWPS! All of the events before I started meant I'd already made friends before my first day! The teachers are all really nice and supportive and I'm enjoying lots of new clubs on offer to us!"
Joining Sixth Form
"Sixth form at SWPS offers us freedom and the ability to concentrate on subjects we're passionate about. The work is challenging but more than manageable with our free study periods and even more enjoyable to be able to sit down with friends and work through problems together."
